 | We require that you use the shopping cart in the catalogue rather than
sending to us by email, to ensure accuracy of your order.

 | Shoes are sold by the pair. When
ordering Quantity 1, you will receive 1 pair.

 | We work hard to make
shopping with us as secure as possible. One of these security features
is a timed shopping cart. If you wait longer than 20 minutes between
ordering items, the program will think you have left the site, and empty
your shopping cart. If you want to take your time shopping, just take
care to order an item every 15 minutes or so. You can always delete it
later. Or place several small orders, and include a note to us to
combine the orders. We're happy to help!

 | Inventory is
updated periodically, quantities are approximate. Items that are at 0
quantity will not show up on the site.

If
you are having problems with adding items to your order, but your shopping
cart is showing up as empty, and you are using Internet Explorer Version
6, you may have your settings on "block cookies".
You can fix this problem by
following the steps below:
In Internet Explorer, select Tools, then
Internet Options, then click on the tab marked "Privacy"
If your cookie setting is higher than medium,
this is probably what is causing your shopping cart problem, You can
pull the slider down to the medium setting and this should enable you to
order from us online. Close and restart Internet Explorer to allow
the changes to apply.
If you would like to have a higher
cookie security than medium, you can go directly to the
"Advanced" option in the Privacy panel. Check the box
marked "Override Automatic Cookie Handling" and then select any
of the following options:
1) Both First and Third Party Cookie
settings on Block, with the "Always allow session cookies"
option also checked
or
2) Both First and Third Party Cookie
settings on "Prompt" (If you choose this option, you will be
asked when encountering a site that uses cookies whether or not accept the
cookie. When ordering on the JaninasFashions.com site, you will be
asked every time you start a new shopping session.)
You will need to restart Internet
Explorer to allow the changes to be effective.

 | Items that are sold out are deleted
from the site. This is to save you time browsing through items which
are no longer available. This also means that it is important to shop
now, while an item is available. Our inventory is always changing,
and, while we try to keep some items permanently in inventory, others come
& go, just like regular fashion stores. If there is an item you
want that is sold out, you may request a back order, and we will notify you
if the item becomes available again.

choose Purchase Order as your payment method, and specify "PayPal"
as the P.O. Number. We will send a Payment Request email once your
order is processed.

 | We are located in Canada, and
our computer and credit card machine operate in Canadian currency. We
have saved our American customers the hassle of dealing with the exchange
rate by putting our web site in US dollars. The amount on the printed
invoice is the amount in Canadian dollars. Your credit card statement
will show that with the exchange, the amount you paid is correct - in both
currencies!

 | We ship orders upon receiving
payment. Once your payment is received, your order will ship by mail
and should arrive within 10 - 14 days.

 | We hold auctions on various sites like Ebay often. Those who win a bid are welcome to
order more from the catalogue and we will send the order with the winning
bid, which means you only have to pay one shipping charge.

 | We do not provide printed
catalogs. Because our inventory is constantly changing, it is easier,
faster and more accurate for us to update our web catalog than to print a
new catalog every time we add new stock.

 | Because of the handmade nature of these garments, rarely will you find two
that are alike. Please be aware of this when placing an order, there
may be variations on trim or fabric, but the workmanship and look
of the clothing is always excellent. To make doll dressing easier on
little fingers, gowns use fastenings like Velcro to make them easier to put
on.

 | We recommend putting a little talcum powder on your dolls before dressing
them in the tighter fitting fashions, like pantyhose or pants. This
helps them slip on more easily, and you will be less likely to damage a
garment as you tug it on.

 | Return Policy: If you
are not satisfied with your Janina's Fashions order or products, you may
return the item(s) (in the condition in which they were received) for a
refund or replacement within 30 days. If a customs form is needed,
state the value at $0.00, and the description as "Defective Returned
Goods," or we will deduct any tax or brokerage costs from the amount
refunded.
